No smoking indoors. No parties or events. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors and the forest. Well-behaved pets considered on request.
Getting there
About 10 minutes to the lake shore, 20 to the nearest ski resort, and roughly an hour from Reno-Tahoe Airport. Winter tires or chains recommended in snow season.

Is it a good base for a winter ski trip?
Yes. Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar are each about 11 miles away. Roads are plowed regularly — bring a snow-capable vehicle or chains in winter.
What’s included for getting on the lake?
Guests are welcome to use 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids’ kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and a beach wagon stocked with life vests and chairs.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We can sometimes flex these depending on the schedule — just ask.
